Cannabis and Young People Project

Youth Solutions received funding through the Australian Governments National Illicit Drug Strategy under their Community Partnerships Initiative, to run a social marketing prevention and education campaign around the issues of cannabis use by young people 15 - 18 years living in the Macarthur and Wingecarribee regions.

  • Increase knowledge of cannabis related harms amongst young people aged 15-18 years and the broader community
  • Increase knowledge of relevant issues
  • Develop partnerships between government, non-government and community
  • Increase referral for cannabis interventions
  • Raise the profile of cannabis resources and campaigns
