Geraldine Dean - Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Social Science

Geraldine Dean joined the Youth Solutions Team in 2003 and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.

General Duties

The primary role of the Chief Executive Officer is to ensure that the vision of Youth Solutions is implemented via strategic planning and the management of all employees. It is also to provide leadership in the effective management of the Board (and its sub committees) agenda so that is functions effectively in leading and managing the business of Youth Solutions.

Community Service and Drug & Alcohol Initiatives

During her time with Youth Solutions and Local Government, Geraldine has gained extensive experience in a variety of areas including:

• Media Liaison
• Developing and implementing community events, functions and launches
• Website development and maintenance
• Developing, implementing and evaluating internal and external communications
• Working with and developing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Implementing and coordinating social marketing campaigns eg: Dope_EFX u, Cannabis Education Campaign
• Implementing and coordinating Service Development and Quality Improvement.
