Chief Executive Officer's role
The primary role of the Chief Executive Officer is to ensure that the vision of Youth Solutions is implemented via strategic planning and the management of all employees. It is also to provide leadership in the effective management of the Board (and its sub committees) agenda so that is functions effectively in leading and managing the business of Youth Solutions.
Individual profile
Debbie Roberts joined Youth Solutions in 1994 and has held the positions of Project Officer, Senior Project Officer, Manager of Community Programs, Manager and Acting Chief Executive Officer.
Debbie was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and subsequently the Associations Public Officer in July 2008.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Graduate Certificate in Community Nursing
- Certificate IV in Business (Governance)
- Certificate in the Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Diploma in Management (currently completing)
